FAQs
-
Fills are different for everybody. Typically you’ll want to get a fill every 2-3 weeks but lash retention is determined by various factors (See next question). The better you take care of them, the longer they will last.
-
Lashes have a natural shedding cycle so you actually lose 2-5 lashes a day on average. As long as the artist and client both do their parts the natural lash will not be damaged. As long as a certified lash artist applies the extension properly with the correct amount of glue and proper technique with the appropriate length, the natural lash will be left undamaged. The client should not pick, pull or touch their extensions because it could lead to damage to the natural lash.

Lash retention is 50% the lash artist’s responsibility and 50% the client’s responsibility. There are plenty of factors on the artist’s end as well including proper environment (humidity/temperature) in the salon, cleanser, primer, adhesive (proper storage, shaking, shelf life), sealant, technique, lash diameter & style based on natural lash, etc.
